Funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.l. (“Castik”) have entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Customs Support Group (“CSG”) from Mentha Capital and CSG’s founder Oscar Driessen, who will remain a minority shareholder and advisor to the business. In addition, the management will stay on board and (re)invest in the business.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Castik Capital, a European Private Equity firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire Customs Support from Mentha Capital and Park Ventures. Oscar Driessen (Park Ventures) and the management team will make a (re)investment in the transaction alongside the EPIC II fund managed by Castik.

On August 1st 2020 the Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union entered into effect. The Belgian Customs Authority has issued a warning concerning EUR.1 certificates from Vietnam.
